Host Your Event at Davisville Heritage Hall
Booking and Reservation
- To secure your desired date and time, a non-refundable deposit of $25 is required upon booking. Balance of rental fee is due 24 hours prior to your event.
- Reservation requests can be made through our website or by contacting our venue coordinator directly at 314-221-1408.
Rental Rates and Fees
- Rental rates are determined based on the duration of the event and any additional services required. A 3 hour minimum rate is $75.
- A security deposit may be required, which will be refunded after the event pending inspection of the premises.
Event Details
- The client must provide all necessary details regarding the event, including the number of guests, setup requirements, and any special requests, at least 7 days prior to the event date.
- Any changes to the event details must be communicated to the venue coordinator in a timely manner.
Insurance and liability
- The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary event insurance to cover liability and damages.
- Davisville Heritage Hall is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during the event.
Alcohol and Catering
- Alcohol may be served at the event with prior approval from the venue and in compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Clients are welcome to choose their own caterer and/or bring in their own food, provided they meet the necessary health and safety standards.
Set up and clean up
- Clients are responsible for setup and cleanup of the event space, including removal of all decorations and personal items.
- The venue must be returned to its original condition at the end of the rental period.
noise and disturbance
- The client must ensure that noise levels are kept within reasonable limits to avoid disturbance to neighboring properties.
- Amplified music must end by the designated curfew time.
additional policies
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the venue.
- Pets are not allowed unless they are registered service animals.
- Any damages to the venue or its property will be the responsibility of the client.
